Our technical skills and experience range across the development cycle from viability and funding appraisal, through procurement and construction to asset and facilities management. This detailed understanding enables us to create a strategy that considers the Client’s needs, and those of all stakeholders, together with a detailed programme of all activities required to realise success at each stages of that cycle.

Our approach to Project Management is to understand a project’s key drivers, take responsibility for delivery and applying a transparent and practical methodology and engaging fully with all members of the project team and stakeholders, thereby effectively controlling the usual parameters of quality, cost and programme.

Our project managers have a culture of working towards a development’s ‘go live’ date rather that the completion of construction works. This will ensure that the operational requirements of the Client and the stakeholders are properly prioritised.
