construction phase and management of the completed scheme in providing support services through the property life-cycle.

In addition, using our skills, knowledge and experience coupled with the latest project management software we are able to assist clients who have complicated build, refurbishment or facilities management and maintenance programmes. We work alongside facilities and development teams to develop, advise, manage and monitor a ‘master programme’ of proposed works.
