Partnering Advisory Services

We have significant experience in the implementation of partnering initiatives. In addition to carrying out quantity surveying, project co-ordination and client’s representative work on partnering schemes we also carry out the role of partnering facilitator. The practice has developed the skills, aptitude and attitude that are necessitated by partnering. Our approach is based on being non-adversarial, pro-active, encouraging lateral thinking and full team involvement and co-operation at all stages of projects.
