Health and safety services

The Health and Safety division is a leading provider of specialist advice in relation to compliance with current legislation and statutory requirements including, inter alia, the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, Control of Asbestos at Work Regulations 2002, Construction (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1996 and Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 1994 (CDM).

Our Health and Safety Practitioners are able to provide any of the following services:

Construction Health & Safety Advisory Services

Undertaking regular site inspections and reporting accordingly in order to monitor the Principal Contractor’s compliance with legislative requirements.
Review of systems for selection and management of contractors.
Accident and near-miss investigation and reporting.
Review of current systems and documentation associated with the implementation of CDM within your organisation.
Assisting in the development of the Construction Phase Health and Safety Plan.
Reviewing method statements and assisting contractors in the design of the same if required.
Regular site inspections and reporting accordingly.
Advising on safe systems of work including Permit to Work systems.
Assisting in the development of risk assessments.
Design of the Site Safety Handbook and Induction Programme.
