Technical Services

Our technical services are constantly being developed to meet changes in legislation and developments in the industry. We can provide audits under the Disability Discrimination Act, fire safety assessments and technical investigations into building defects and failures. We also undertake technical option appraisals and reports for clients who are considering redeveloping sections of their existing portfolio or acquiring development sites.
