Building Surveying

Our Building Surveying team provides a full range of technical and support services to commercial, retail, hotel & leisure, public, education and residential clients. Commissions range from appointments under the Party Wall etc Act 1996 to individual condition surveys, feasibility studies and defect identification / analysis / monitoring. We are also able to undertake scheduling of remedial works to more substantial works such as full design and contract administration duties, building surveys, monitoring works of new build, conversion or refurbishment projects.

Our team can prepare and advise on maintenance schedules, dilapidations, and technical services such as advice under the Disability Discrimination Act 2005 and the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.

These services are complemented by our colleagues within the Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Health & Safety and Environmental teams which enables us to also advise on cost planning, development monitoring, asbestos, CDM, energy performance certificates and the Code for Sustainable Homes assessment scheme - giving our clients a complete service from inception and planning to construction works and completion in one seamless service.
