Since the inception of the company we have become a market leader in providing property and construction consultancy services to Housing Associations. This has enabled us to gain a thorough knowledge of the nature of their business and the requirements of the affordable housing movement. We understand the complexities of funding and meeting the ever increasing requirements of both local authorities and the Housing Corporation. In addition we treat each Association as unique as we are aware that the development and maintenance strategy implemented by each

organisation is different. As part of our added value approach we are competent in the provision of HQI and EcoHomes assessments. In addition, assisted by our programme managers, we are experienced in formulating short, medium and long term asset management programmes, for example to achieve compliance with the Decent Homes Standard.
