Company History
P H Warr plc has grown strongly every year since being established in 1992. The acquisitions of Trinick and Hamilton H Turner have seen the company increase its geographic coverage, market sectors and resources and Clients have taken advantage of the wider variety of surveying services now offered.
On the 1st July 2002 Trinick Southern Limited merged with P H Warr plc to form TrinickWarr. Trinick, best known as Harry Trinick and Partners had roots going back to 1904 and brought to the union a management experience to complement the enthusiasm and energy of a younger and expanding P H Warr plc. Trinick was one of the larger Quantity Surveying practices in the 1970’s and the merger facilitated the opportunity for the firm to achieve such standing again.
On the 1st May 2004 Hamilton H Turner & Son, also dating back to 1904, became part of P H Warr plc to form TrinickTurner. This proved to be an excellent move for both organisations and most importantly for our Clients. Throughout the acquisitions P H Warr plc has strived to maintain a personal and pro-active service, facets that Clients of P H Warr plc have come to expect.
On the 1st January 2006, after consolidating the acquisitions that took place, the company reverted back to its previous trading name P H Warr plc – Property & Construction Surveyors across all business divisions.
On the 30th July 2009 the company gained approval from the Libyan government to form P H Warr Libya as a registered business with its office in the Zawiat Al-Dahmani district of Tripoli. Consultancy work is now underway with appointments for projects in the hotel, commercial and cultural sectors.

We have a proven track record of being able to ‘think outside of the box’ and to deliver creative and imaginative solutions through lateral thinking, for example - value engineering and zero based project strategies. At an early stage we identify potential obstacles to successful delivery of project outcomes and devise the most appropriate method for overcoming any problems.
